As a native of North Carolina and a resident of the Raleigh-Durham area for over 12 years, LaShonda is familiar with many areas within the Triangle. Rooted in the belief that “home is where the heart is,” she is motivated to help her clients find the perfect home. She understands that ultimately, where one lives influences feelings of love, peace, safety and future ambitions.
LaShonda’s appeal to real estate was ignited a few years ago and she has since been mentored by a prominent realtor in the Triangle area. Her knowledge in North Carolina Real Estate, as well as her passion for serving others is what drives her success. In addition, as an educator for almost 15 years, LaShonda has gained extensive experience in a leadership role while working with diverse audiences of many backgrounds. Her ability to effectively communicate, actively listen and provide timely follow-up is what sets her apart from most.
A mother of two beautiful daughters, LaShonda is very family orientated. When she is not searching for new properties or exploring developing neighborhoods, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling and creating lasting memories.
